Shipping & Returns

We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden and Norway.

All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost within EU / Switzerland:

For orders with a value below 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK/ 100 CHF we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€/ 80 DKK/ 150 SEK/ 6,90 CHF. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK/ 100 CHF.

Shipping cost to Norway:

We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

The Mat Coupler Kit Loops ensure your sleeping pad stays connected to your partner's. A slim design means they'll fit inside your sleeping pad's stuff sack easily, so you'll have no more issues negotiating the gap between pads when you're snuggling with your tent buddy.

  • Secures Sea to Summit sleeping pads together.
  • Low Profile but sturdy design stays flat so you won't even notice it's there.
  • Each strap is 108" / 275cm long. Allowing for 2" / 5cm to be threaded through the buckle, this equates to two loops 26.5" / 67cm next to one another.
