Ultralight versatility. The Escapist Evo Tarp pitches easily with trekking poles, secured via circular bar tacks and adjusted from under the tarp using line tensioners at reinforced points. Upgraded for 2026, the Ultra-Sil LS fabric absorbs less water, stretches less, and dries faster—delivering a taut pitch in any weather. A catenary cut reduces edge flutter in wind. Refined and versatile, it’s a high-performance shelter for those going truly ultralight.

Shipping & Returns

We use climate-neutral shipping:

  • DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Czech Republic and
  • GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Switzerand and Norway.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost:

  • Germany: For orders with a value below 100€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100€.
  • France, Italy, Austria, Belgium & Netherlands: For orders with a value below 100€ we charge a shipping fee of 9,99€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100€.
  • Luxembourg: We charge a shipping fee of 9,99€ for all orders.
  • Czech Republic: We charge a shipping fee of 14,99€ for all orders.
  • Denmark: We charge a shipping fee of 75 DKK for all orders.
  • Norway: We charge a shipping fee of 599 NOK for all orders.
  • Sweden: We charge a shipping fee of 219 SEK for all orders.
  • Switzerland: We charge a shipping fee of 29 CHF for all orders.

All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

Frequently Asked questions

Does the Escapist Évo use PFAS compounds?

All materials used in the Escapist Evo are 100% non-PFAS. The tarps also do not utilise flame retardants.

Does the Escapist Evo come with pegs or stakes?

No. Tarps are often attached to trees or other natural anchors. Ground Control or Ground Control Light pegs work well with the Escapist.

Can I use an Escapist at the beach?

Yes, with sand-specific pegs or stakes. Limit UV exposure and wash salt and sand from the tarp after use, as both can damage the lightweight fabric.
