Shipping & Returns

We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Norway.

All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, FR, IT, LU and NL and 6 working days for orders to NO
and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost within EU:

For orders with a value below 75€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€.

Shipping cost to Norway:

We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

No. The nylon material has a melting point above the boiling point of water.

Is the spoon large enough for big servings and group meals?

Yes - unlike most folding cooking utensils, the silicone spoon 'bowl' measures over 3 fl oz. Perfect for soups and stews.

Is it dishwasher-safe?

Yes - it will not be damaged by the cleanser used in dishwashers.
