  • DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Czech Republic and
  • GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Switzerand and Norway.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost:

  • Germany: For orders with a value below 100€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100€.

Frequently Asked questions

Can the kitchen sink be used with boiling water or bleach?

No. Water hotter than 60°C / 140°F will damage the seam tape, bleach can damage the PU coating.

Will the soap bottle leak in my pack? And, can the soap be refilled?

No leaks (unlike 'flip-up cap' bottles). We offer an 8.5 fl oz / 250ml Wilderness Wash size - perfect for refills.

Is the pot scrubber safe to use on non-stick pans?

The nylon bristles, yes. The polypropylene scraper might damage the non-stick surface.
