About The Product

The cleverly-constructed, double-walled Passage Insulating Mug is moulded using EU/Japanese food-grade glass-reinforced polypropylene. It holds 475ml of your favourite hot or cold drink. The CoolGrip sidewalls allow you to grip the mug firmly, even if the contents are hot, while the snug-fitting sipping LidKeeps those contents from spilling when you're on the move. The Passage Mug can be stacked with other Passage Mugs and Cups, and is designed to fit into Passage Bowls or Frontier Pots. Dishwasher and microwave safe, the Passage Mug is designed to go wherever your adventure takes you.

We use climate-neutral shipping:

  • DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Czech Republic and
  • GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Switzerand and Norway.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost:

  • Germany: For orders with a value below 100€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100€.
  • France, Italy, Austria, Belgium & Netherlands: For orders with a value below 100€ we charge a shipping fee of 9,99€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100€.
  • Luxembourg: We charge a shipping fee of 9,99€ for all orders.
  • Czech Republic: We charge a shipping fee of 14,99€ for all orders.
  • Denmark: We charge a shipping fee of 75 DKK for all orders.
  • Norway: We charge a shipping fee of 599 NOK for all orders.
  • Sweden: We charge a shipping fee of 219 SEK for all orders.
