  • DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Czech Republic and
  • GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Switzerand and Norway.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost:

  • Germany: For orders with a value below 100€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100€.

Frequently Asked questions

What are the snap closures on the washcloth and Drylite Towel for?

The snaps on the towel and washcloth are included because these items are shared with the Camp Tool Kit, where they can be hung to dry. The Clean Up Kit itself is not designed to be hung, so the snaps do not serve a function in this kit.

Can I use boiling water in the Sink?

No. Water hotter than 60 °C / 140 °F can damage the seam tape. If using hot water, add cold water to the sink first, then mix in hotter water.

Can I use the biodegradable soap in lakes or streams?

No. Even biodegradable soaps can be harmful to aquatic life. Always use soapy water at least 70 m / 300 ft away from natural water sources.
