We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden and Norway.

All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost within EU / Switzerland:

For orders with a value below 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK/ 100 CHF we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€/ 80 DKK/ 150 SEK/ 6,90 CHF. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK/ 100 CHF.

Shipping cost to Norway:

We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

Dual Click-Safe handles allow you to securely hold, carry and pour from the pots. The handles can be reversed to secure the lid (and any nesting tableware) during transport. A detour means sometimes taking the longer way on your journey; Detour cookware means you're the kind of person who doesn't cut corners.

Yes - they are induction compatible

Is the collapsible pot dishwasher safe?

No - the pot handle attachment point is hard anodized and is not dishwasher safe.

What is a 'three-ply base'?

The base is a sandwich of stainless steel (for durability) and aluminum (for heat distribution) for the perfect cooking experience.

Will the Click-Safe handle fit other Detour Pots?

Yes - the Click-Safe handles are interchangeable
