About The Product

A good cookpot is the heart of a camp kitchen; but a good frypan is its soul. Crafted from 304 stainless steel, the Detour pan has an aluminium layer built into the base for efficient heat distribution. A large-radius curve between the base and sidewalls matches Sea to Summit utensils for easy frying or sauteing, and makes cleanup really simple. A Click Safe handle gives you perfect control, and can be reversed when stowing the pan.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

No- the pan handle attachment point is hard anodized and is not dishwasher safe.

Does the Detour frying pan have a non-stick finish?

No - the surface is polished stainless steel. Use more oil than with a non-stick pan and keep the heat a little lower.

Will the pan work on an induction stove?

Yes - the Detour Pan is induction compatible

What is a 'three-ply base'?

The base is a sandwich of stainless steel (for durability) and aluminum (for heat distribution) for the perfect cooking experience
