We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden and Norway.

All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost within EU / Switzerland:

For orders with a value below 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK/ 100 CHF we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€/ 80 DKK/ 150 SEK/ 6,90 CHF. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK/ 100 CHF.

Shipping cost to Norway:

We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

Made with EU food-grade silicone and a hard anodized aluminium base for rapid heat transfer, the 2.0L Frontier Collapsible Pot features the Click-Safe handle for secure handling and pouring. Rotate the handle to secure the lid and the tableware nested inside. The collapsible Frontier Bowls and Cups are as ergonomically functional as they are light. Glass-reinforced nylon rims make them easy to hold; silicone-rubber sidewalls have been engineered for perfect compactibility, and the curve between the sidewalls and base of the bowls harmonizes with Sea to Summit spoons and sporks. Ideal for those with large appetites and limited storage space.

Are the Frontier Pots dishwasher safe?

No - the pot and lid are anodized aluminum; the caustic cleanser used in dishwashers will damage the anodization.

Will the Click-Safe handle fit other Frontier Pots?

Yes - the Click-Safe handles are interchangeable

Can the bowl / cup be held comfortably when contents are hot?

Yes - the Frontier Cups and Bowls have a rigid nylon ring which can be held even when the contents are hot.
