  • DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Czech Republic and
  • GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Switzerand and Norway.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost:

  • Germany: For orders with a value below 100€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100€.
  • France, Italy, Austria, Belgium & Netherlands: For orders with a value below 100€ we charge a shipping fee of 9,99€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100€.

Frequently Asked questions

Does the Telos Evo use PFAS compounds?

All materials used in Telos Evo tents are 100% non-PFAS. The tents also do not utilise flame retardants.

Do i need to use a Footprint with the Telos Evo?

The Telos Evo features an Ultra-Sil LS floor (20D nylon, 50D polyester, 2500 mm HH). In boggy ground, a footprint can improve waterproofness; on rough ground, it helps reduce wear and tear.

Can two Rectangular Mats fit in the TR2 or three in the TR3?

No. The Telos is designed for lightweight use and is intended to be paired with tapered or Contour-shaped mats rather than rectangular mats.
