Shipping & Returns

We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, the Netherlands Luxembourg and Norway.

All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, LU and NL and 6 working days for orders to NO
and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost within EU:

For orders with a value below 75€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€.

Shipping cost to Norway:

We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

Specifically designed for long-distance hikers looking for protection from insects, mosquitoes, spiders and ants, the ultralight no pole Escapist Bug Tent inner is designed to hang under our Escapist Tarp shelters and is ideal when tarp camping in inclement weather or buggy environments. They can also be pitched without an Escapist Tarp shelter by using trekking poles, guy lines, tent stakes, or trees.

Features

  • The Ultra-Mesh Bug Tent features a curved zip entrance and has a 15 denier Ultra-Sil Nano seam-taped floor and walls
  • Ultimate protection from insects and mosquitoes with the Ultra-Mesh upper, made from 15D Ultra-Vis Mesh with 500 holes/sq in / 80 holes/cm²
  • Generous side skirt
  • In heavy rain or on the rocky ground an extra groundsheet is recommended
