Shipping & Returns
We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Norway.
All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day.
Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, FR, IT, LU and NL and 6 working days for orders to NO
and depends on the shipping service provider.
Shipping cost within EU:
For orders with a value below 75€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€.
Shipping cost to Norway:
We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.
All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

Our Frontier and Passage Collection is designed to nest inside Frontier Cookware for space-saving packability.
Like all materials used in Sea to Summit tableware products, the heat-resistant silicone used in the Frontier and Detour ranges is BPA-free. It is certified to both EU and FDA food grade standards, which signifies very low absorption of external materials. It is also heat resistant to 150ºC and doesn't crack in the cold
