Pro Program Guidelines

All Active Pro Program accounts must follow the Program Guidelines as listed below.
  • Pro discounts will be applied after proceeding to checkout.
  • Pro purchases are eligible for the free shipping threshold as advertised on the website.
  • Delivery time for pro orders can take up to three working days Germany-wide and up to four working days for orders outside of Germany, and depends on the shipping service provider.
  • All pro account purchases are covered by our return policy, please review HERE. All standard rules and exclusions apply.
  • The 5 years guarantee applies to all pro product purchases.
  • Your pro account is for your personal use only, and never for resale. Please do not purchase gifts or buy gear for others.
  • Membership in this program should be considered a privilege and never a right or entitlement. Access to the program may be revoked at any time, solely at Sea to Summit’s discretion.
  • Your pro account must be renewed annually. If your account has expired you will be asked to re-activate your account after entering your information on the login page.
  • Pro discounts cannot be combined with other sales or promotions.
