Frequently Asked questions
A good choice for a tent storage bag?
Perhaps. Carrying the tent canopy in your pack (with the poles under the compression straps) is a great idea. However - the canopy may not compress that much.
Waterproof?
The body of the compression sack is adequately waterproof (2000 mm hydrostatic head) for storage inside a backpack or duffle, but the seams are not taped and there is no roll-top closure. So - water resistent rather than waterproof.
Worth their weight and cost?
These are much more rugged than other entry level compression sacks
