We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden and Norway.

All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost within EU / Switzerland:

For orders with a value below 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK/ 100 CHF we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€/ 80 DKK/ 150 SEK/ 6,90 CHF. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK/ 100 CHF.

Shipping cost to Norway:

We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

Inflation, adjustment, and deflation take seconds, thanks to our patent-pending multi-function mini valve. Plus, secure your pillow to your sleeping mat using our unique Pillow Lock system. The Aeros Premium Deluxe inflatable pillow uses construction inspired by the Air Sprung Cells of our sleeping mats.

Is this camping pillow machine washable?

No – but hand-washing is easy. Close the valve and use warm water and a gentle kneading motion, then air dry (do not use a dryer). Alternatively, consider using a removable Aeros Travel Pillow Case for even simpler washing.

Is this pillow difficult to inflate and deflate?

Not at all - the mini multi-function valve makes inflation, adjustment, and deflation quick and easy.

Is the Aeros Premium Deluxe camping pillow really light and packable?

The Aeros Premium Deluxe Pillow weighs less than seven ounces and packs down smaller than a paperback book. If you would like a luxurious large pillow with an even smaller packed size, check out the Aeros Down Pillow Deluxe.

Will this camping pillow slip off the sleeping mat?
