Returns

We hope to minimise returns as much as possible, also to reduce the burden on the environment. Nevertheless, it can happen that you want to return a product in accordance with your statutory 14-day withdrawal right. The conditions of this withdrawal right are laid out here.

THIS IS HOW:

To return a product, please proceed as follows:

Order made within the EU:

1. Pack the items you want to return as you received them.
2. Create a return label using the appropriate link below.
3. Fill out the provided return slip and place it in the package.
4. Securely close the shipping package.
5. Stick the return label to the outside or use the digital QR-Code.
6. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
7. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.

Order made outside the EU:

Shipping country Switzerland:

1. Weigh the items you want to return.
2. Create a free return label using the following link: Click here
   Please note:
   - You will find the customs tariff number on the commercial invoice supplied ("Zolltarifnr. / Code SH").
   - At the end of the completion process, the customs declaration (CN23) is automatically generated.
3. Complete the customs declaration (CN23).
4. Print out the created DHL return label and the customs declaration (CN23).
5. Pack the items you want to return in the same way as you received them.
6. Fill out the delivery note provided and enclose it with the parcel.
7. Seal the parcel securely.
8. Stick the return label on the outside.
9. Attach a copy of the commercial invoice and the customs declaration (CN23) to the outside of the parcel in a transparent envelope.
10. Cover or remove all old shipping labels.
11. Hand in the parcel to the shipping service provider indicated on the label.

Shipping country Norway:

1. Pack the items you want to return as you received them.
2. Create a return label with the shipping service provider of your choice.
   It is important that the reason for shipment is stated as return. Enter the VOEC ID 3004783 in the recipient's additional address line field or in a special field provided for this purpose.
3. Fill out the provided return slip and place it in the package together with a copy of the provided commercial invoice.
4. Securely close the shipping package.
5. Stick the return label to the outside and make sure that all mandatory requirements from the shipping provider are covered.
6. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
7. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.

Please note: Clarify with your selected shipping service provider what needs to be considered when shipping returns to the EU. (e.g. attach commercial invoice to the outside of the parcel / Customs declaration form for returns)
