What makes an item a "Second Summit" product?

A "Second Summit" item may be a customer return, a sample item or an item with damaged packaging. In some cases, we have a batch of certain products that are produced with missing features. These cannot be sold as A-grade products. In these cases, we note exactly what is missing. All "Second Summit" products are tested and fully functional.

Do "Second Summit" products work like new ones?

Yes. Every product is tested to ensure full functionality. If a special feature is missing, this is noted on the individual product detail page.

Why are "Second Summit" products cheaper?

Because these products cannot be sold as "brand new". This may be connected to open, missing or damaged packaging, minor missing features, or being a demo or returned item. The functionality is not affected.

Do I get a warranty?
