Tutti gli ordini ricevuti entro le ore 12:00 dei giorni feriali vengono solitamente spediti il giorno stesso. Gli ordini più tardivi vengono solitamente spediti il giorno lavorativo successivo.

I tempi di consegna possono richiedere fino a tre giorni lavorativi in tutta la Germania e fino a quattro giorni lavorativi per gli ordini al di fuori della Germania e dipendono dal fornitore del servizio di spedizione.

Yes. The Trekking Umbrella is ideal for use out on the trail, the Pocket Umbrella is more suited to urban environments.

The canopy diameter provides 38 in / 96cm of coverage

What are the differences between the Pocket Umbrella and the Trekking Umbrella?

The Pocket Umbrella is slightly smaller when deployed, and packs down to a much smaller size. The Trekking Umbrella offers more coverage, is more rugged and better suited to windy conditions

Shipping & Returns

We use climate-neutral shipping:

  • DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
  • GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway and Switzerland.

All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, FR, IT, LU and NL and 6 working days for orders to CH and NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost within EU:

  • For orders with a value below 75€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€.
  • We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€.

Shipping cost to Switzerland:

  • For orders with a value below 100 CHF we charge a shipping fee of 6,90 CHF.
  • We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100 CHF.

Shipping cost to Norway:

  • We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

UPS Express shipping cost (only GER):

  • Next weekday delivery if ordered by 3 PM for 19,95€

All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.
