Utilizziamo spedizioni climaticamente neutre:
DHL GoGreen per gli ordini in Germania, Austria e Repubblica Ceca e
GLS Klima Protect per gli ordini in Belgio, Paesi Bassi, Francia, Italia, Norvegia e Lussemburgo.

Sugli ordini di valore inferiore a €75 applichiamo un costo di spedizione pari a €4,95. Non applichiamo le spese di spedizione sugli ordini di valore superiore a €75.

Tutti gli ordini ricevuti entro le ore 12:00 dei giorni feriali vengono solitamente spediti il giorno stesso. Gli ordini più tardivi vengono solitamente spediti il giorno lavorativo successivo.

I tempi di consegna possono richiedere fino a tre giorni lavorativi in tutta la Germania e fino a quattro giorni lavorativi per gli ordini al di fuori della Germania e dipendono dal fornitore del servizio di spedizione.

Appendilo a un albero dell'area campeggio per avere acqua alla spina sempre a disposizione! Svariati punti di ancoraggio assai resistenti consentono di appendere o fissare il serbatoio Pack Tap in diversi punti. È possibile estenderli e fissarli in spazi ristretti e, con l'uso del poliestere 300D sul lato esterno, dispongono di un'elevata resistenza all'abrasione. Un resistente serbatoio in Mylar a doppio strato trattiene l'acqua (o il vino) in modo sicuro, mentre l'unità può essere facilmente azionata con una sola mano.

Nota: il serbatoio Pack Tap non è idoneo per l'acqua calda. È pensato solo per l'acqua a temperatura ambiente.

Can hot water be used with the tap?

No. The Pack Tap is not safe to use with hot water. It is designed for room temperature water only.

Can it be used for drinking water?

Yes. It is food-safe and taste-free.

Is the inner bladder of this tap easily replaced?

Absolutely! Replacement bladders come in two sizes to suit 4-6L and 10L sizes.

Shipping & Returns

We use climate-neutral shipping:

  • DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
  • GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.

All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, SE and NL and 6 working days for orders to CH and NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost within EU:

  • For orders with a value below 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€/ 80 DKK/ 150 SEK.
  • We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK.

Shipping cost to Switzerland:

  • For orders with a value below 100 CHF we charge a shipping fee of 6,90 CHF.
  • We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100 CHF.

Shipping cost to Norway:

  • We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

UPS Express shipping cost (only GER):

  • Next weekday delivery if ordered by 3 PM for 19,95€

All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.
