Shipping & Returns
We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Norway.
All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day.
Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, FR, IT, LU and NL and 6 working days for orders to NO
and depends on the shipping service provider.
Shipping cost within EU:
For orders with a value below 75€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€.
Shipping cost to Norway:
We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.
All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

Our inflatable lumbar pillow will keep your lower back supported and comfortable in your airline seat, at your desk or behind the wheel.
Inflate the lumbar pillow in just a few breaths and fine-tune support with the two-way valve. The inflatable pillow supports your lower back with a high-strength TPU bladder. The contact surface of the pillow has an internal layer of synthetic fill to increase airflow, and the entire pillow is encased in a soft knit pillowcase for comfort. When you’re ready to stow it away, the multi-function valve allows rapid deflation, enabling it to pack down easily and be stored in a case that fits into the size of your hand.
Note: like all air-filled pillows, make sure you store the Aeros Lumbar Support Pillow unrolled with the valve open. This will allow any condensation inside the pillow to dry out. Learn more about proper care of your HERE
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The Pillow Lock System comprises of self-adhesive hook-and-loop patches which are supplied with all Sea to Summit sleeping mats (as of Spring 2019). Attached to your sleeping mat, these patches secure your pillow and prevent it slipping – yet they will not snag on clothing or other lightweight fabrics. All Sea to Summit Pillows (as of Spring 2019) are compatible with this system. Existing pillows can be made Pillow Lock compatible by adding an Aeros Pillow Case.

Frequently Asked questions
Machine washable?
No – but hand-washing is easy. Close the valve and use warm water and a gentle kneading motion, then air dry (do not use a dryer). Alternatively, consider using a removable Aeros Travel Pillow Case for even simpler washing.
Difficult to inflate and deflate?
Not at all - the mini multi-function valve makes inflation, adjustment, and deflation quick and easy.
Is the Aeros Premium Lumbar Pillow really light and packable?
