Shipping & Returns
We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Norway.
All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day.
Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, FR, IT, LU and NL and 6 working days for orders to NO
and depends on the shipping service provider.
Shipping cost within EU:
For orders with a value below 75€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€.
Shipping cost to Norway:
We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.
All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

Watercell ST er din strømlinjeformede vannoppbevaringsløsning for turene der du vil pakke lett. Den kompakte 3D-formen og den innvendige kammerutformingen gjør den enkel å håndtere og lett å fylle, stue, stable og tømme.
Den er laget med RF-sveisede sømmer for maksimal styrke og pålitelighet, og med TPU av matvarekvalitet som også er BPA- og PVC-fri. Strategisk plasserte vannbestandige gripehåndtak gjør den mulig å bære og feste til bilen, mens skrue-toppen med standard bred åpning og påfyllingshåndtak med lav profil gjør den lett å fylle.
Målelinjene som er trykket på baksiden av Watercell viser det omtrentlige volumet. Gjengen på 63 mm på påfyllingsåpningen er kompatibel med mange vannfiltre/rensesystemer, og med standard drikkeflaskehetter av hardplast.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
These products are all Bisphenol-a (BPA) free, which means you can have peace of mind while eating and drinking from these products.
This product is free of any Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). This means that the production process is significantly more environmentally friendly, and the disposal of the product at the end of its life will also not burden the environment. With advances in modern polymers, it also means there's no reduction in performance.

Frequently Asked questions
Be used with the Watercell X shower attachment?
No. If you want the shower attachment, you will need to purchase the Watercell X.
Be cleaned with bleach?
We would recommend against using bleach because of the aftertaste. Taste-free peroxide cleaning tablets are available.
Be used for drinks other than water?
Only if it is cleaned correctly afterwards – see the point on peroxide cleaning tablets above.
Is there a residual taste?
The TPU film is specified to have the lowest possible residual taste. No soft-sided water container (regardless of brand) is completely taste neutral – except the Mylar bladder of the Pack Tap.
