DHL GoGreen pour les commandes à destination de l’Allemagne, de l’Autriche et de la République tchèque et
GLS Klima Protect pour les commandes à destination de la Belgique, des Pays-Bas et du Luxembourg.

Pour toute commande d’une valeur inférieure à 75 €, les frais d’expédition s’élèvent à 4,95 €. Nous ne facturons pas de frais d’expédition pour les commandes d’une valeur supérieure à 75 €.

Toutes les commandes reçues avant midi en semaine sont en général expédiées le jour même. Les commandes passées après ce délai sont généralement expédiées le jour ouvrable suivant.

Le délai de livraison peut prendre jusqu’à trois jours ouvrables en Allemagne et jusqu’à cinq jours ouvrables en Autriche, et cela varie en fonction du transporteur.

Foire aux questions

Can this cookware be used with a domestic stove?

Domestic stoves have a much higher output than backpacking stoves. If X Cookware is used with a home stove, the heat setting should be kept low, and care should be taken to ensure that the pot does not boil dry.

Can the cookware be used with an induction stove?

No. The alloy base is not magnetic, so induction stoves won’t work. Caution is needed with high output stoves – the X Cookware can quickly boil dry if not watched.

Is it dishwasher-safe?

No. The caustic cleanser will damage the anodization.

Is it compatible with other X-Products? 

Absolutely. All X Cookware and Dinnerware is designed around common dimensions. Cups, plates and bowls will all nest together to reduce storage space.

Can this be used over an open fire?

No. Open flames are unpredictable. The heat rising up the sides of the pot will damage the silicone rubber and would almost certainly melt the lid and damage the handles.

Can the cookware be used on two-burner camp stove? 

Yes. The key is to keep the flame pattern of the burner inside the ring printed on the base of the pot (and keep the heat lower – the base conducts heat really well).

Shipping & Returns

We use climate-neutral shipping:

  • DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
  • GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.

All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, SE and NL and 6 working days for orders to CH and NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost within EU:

  • For orders with a value below 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€/ 80 DKK/ 150 SEK.
  • We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK.

Shipping cost to Switzerland:

  • For orders with a value below 100 CHF we charge a shipping fee of 6,90 CHF.
  • We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100 CHF.

Shipping cost to Norway:

  • We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

UPS Express shipping cost (only GER):

  • Next weekday delivery if ordered by 3 PM for 19,95€

All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.
