Returns

We hope to minimize returns as much as possible, also to reduce the burden on the environment. Nevertheless, it can happen that you want to return a product in accordance with your statutory 14-day withdrawal right. The conditions of this withdrawal right are laid out here.

THIS IS HOW:

To return a product, please proceed as follows:

1. Pack the items you want to return as you received them.
2. Create a return label using the link provided on the return slip.
3. Fill out the provided return slip and place it in the package.
4. Securely close the shipping package.
5. Stick the return label to the outside or use the digital QR-Code.
6. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
7. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.
