Sea to Summit designs and manufactures high quality outdoor gear. We select the most sensible and innovative materials, build to exacting manufacturing standards, and test products according to a special and standardized Sea to Summit testing procedure.
Therefore, we hope to minimize returns as much as possible, also to reduce the burden on the environment.

Nevertheless, it can happen that you want to return a product.
You can return your order within 14 days after you have received it. It is important that the products are unworn and returned in the same condition in which you received them.


If you're located in Germany, you can start a return by using the return form that lays inside your shipping box and do as follows:

1. Pack the items you want to return as you received them.
2. Create an return label using the link provided on the return slip.
3. Fill out the provided return slip and place it in the package.
4. Securely close the shipping package.
5. Stick the return label to the outside or use the digital QR-Code.
6. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
7. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.

Customers outside of Germany, should follow the instructions provided as well but need to cover the return costs by themselves.
Please make sure that the return shipment has sufficient postage. Sea to Summit is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Therefore, please use a trackable postage service.


  • You can return an item for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • After 14 days your item is not eligible for return.
  • We only accept returned products that are in the same condition in which they were delivered and must include all original packaging. Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn.
  • If items are still returned, the purchase amount will not be refunded and we will return the items to you.
  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • If your ordered product(s) is/are defective, please contact our customer service immediately after you have received them.
  • You can also send us photos of the defect directly, so that we can find a solution for you as soon as possible!
  • Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to process through your original form of payment.
  • If you make a return and there is a current Free Gift promotion, we ask that you return the Free Gift with it if there is a cart value of less than €100 remaining after the return. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the Free Gift from the refund.
  • We do not accept items that were not purchased directly from To return your item please follow the return policy of the retailer or website used to make the original purchase.
  • Items purchased second hand, or through the REI Garage Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty.
