Shipping Policy
GENERAL
We use climate-neutral shipping with DHL GoGreen!
We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear!
- All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Later orders are usually dispatched the following working day.
- Delivery time can take up to three working days Germany-wide and up to six working days for orders outside of Germany, and depends on the shipping service provider.
- For orders within Germany we charge a shipping fee of 6,95 €.
- For international orders, shipping costs 9,95 €.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to where the order can be tracked. Please note this may take up to 24 hours to update on these websites.
To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.
We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
All orders are packed in an environmentally friendly way to ensure that they reach you complete and intact, without harming the environment too much.
If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, our team are available Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm – please ensure you provide your original purchase order number with your enquiry.
Sea to Summit is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels and compensation will not be provided. This includes if the customer has incorrectly entered the address on their order.
