We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear!
- All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Later orders are usually dispatched the following working day.
- Delivery time can take up to three working days Germany-wide and up to four working days for orders outside of Germany, and depends on the shipping service provider.
- For orders with a value below 75€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€.
- We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€.
We offer express shipping via UPS in Germany.
- All orders within Germany that have selected express shipping and are received by 3pm will be delivered the next work day.
- We charge a fee of 19,95€ for express shipping.
- Orders with express shipping cannot be cancelled.
- Express shipping costs are to be paid in case of returns (For orders under €75, we will refund €4.95 as this would have been the cheapest shipping option. See our returns policy.).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to where the order can be tracked. Please note this may take up to 24 hours to update on these websites.
To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.
We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
All orders are packed in an environmentally friendly way to ensure that they reach you complete and intact, without harming the environment too much.
If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, our team are available Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm – please ensure you provide your original purchase order number with your enquiry.
Sea to Summit is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels and compensation will not be provided. This includes if the customer has incorrectly entered the address on their order.
