By participating in this survey, I accept the following terms and conditions. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. No purchase is required. A purchase will not increase my chances of winning. The Drwaing is subject to federal, state, local and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sea to Summit GmbH, Siegfriedstraße 36 in 33615 Bielefeld, Germany, (hereinafter referred to as "SEA TO SUMMIT") is responsible for the collection and processing of survey entries and the overall administration of the prize products. Participants should contact SEA TO SUMMIT exclusively with any questions, comments or problems in connection with the competition. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and agrees to SEA TO SUMMIT's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility:

(the “Drawing”) is open to anyone who received the research survey link and is at least eighteen (18) years of age and a resident of Germany or Austria, has a valid email address completes the survey by November 30, 11pm. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of SEA TO SUMMIT and the associated companies are not eligible to enter.

Agreement to Official Rules:

By completing the survey and entering the Drawing, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) SEA TO SUMMIT´s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period:

The Survey will be distributed by November 17, 2022 9:00 AM CET with final entries being completed by December 5, 2022 11:00 PM CET. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Giveaway by completing the survey. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Drawing.

How to Enter

At the beginning of the Entry Period, you may enter the Drawing by completing the research survey sent to participants. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address. Additional entries per person/email address will not be acknowledged. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and SEA TO SUMMIT reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by SEA TO SUMMIT, in its sole discretion.

Prize Drawing

On or about December 18, 2022, the winner will be selected in a random drawing among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners

SEA TO SUMMIT will attempt to notify potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing by email. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days after the notice is sent, SEA TO SUMMIT will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted.

Prizes

One (1) prize will be awarded and one (1) winner will be chosen. Unspecified expenses and taxes (if any) are winner’s sole responsibility. Prize cannot be substituted or transferred; prize is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. SEA TO SUMMIT is not responsible for technological malfunctions, failures or errors of any kind or for late, lost, corrupted, inaccessible, blocked, stolen, garbled, incomplete, damaged, jumbled entries/emails, which are void.

Privacy and Use of Information Submitted; Publicity:

Any information you submit as part of the research survey will be used solely for research purposes and treated in accordance with SEA TO SUMMIT´s Privacy Policy. The survey itself is anonymous and no personal data will be analysed. All entrants acknowledge that in the event of a win, certain personal information may be disclosed to third parties, at least as required by law, including but not limited to the winners list. Limitation of liability:

SEA TO SUMMIT is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by the equipment or programming associated with the survey, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries in the survey. SEA TO SUMMIT assumes no responsibility for: misdirected or lost entries (e-mails), errors, omissions, malfunctions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. SEA TO SUMMIT is not responsible for: Problems or technical malfunctions with telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players due to technical problems or congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including damage or harm to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading materials in the survey. If for any reason the survey is unable to operate as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical malfunction, or any other cause beyond SEA TO SUMMIT's control that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, SEA TO SUMMIT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, SEA TO SUMMIT may, in its sole discretion, draw the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to or after such cancellation, suspension or modification.

In the event of a dispute as to who registered to enter the survey, registration will be attributed to the authorized owner of the applicable email address, defined as an individual. A potential winner may be required to prove to SEA TO SUMMIT that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the account. If a dispute cannot be resolved to SEA TO SUMMIT's satisfaction, entry will be deemed ineligible.

If Sweepstakes cannot be offered as originally planned for any reason, SEA TO SUMMIT may cancel/suspend/modify Sweepstakes and prize winner(s). By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless SEA TO SUMMIT, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agencies, officers, directors from any and all liability in conjunction with Sweepstakes and acceptance, receipt, use/misuse of prize.
