Bikepacking Giveaway - Instagram

The organiser of the Sea to Summit DE giveaways is Sea to Summit GmbH, Siegfriedstraße 36, 33615 Bielefeld (hereinafter "Sea to Summit").

1. Eligibility / Participation

By participating in the giveaway, the participant agrees to these conditions of participation.

After the end of the competition period, the winner will be randomly selected from all entries that comply with the rules.

Only natural persons are eligible to participate. Participation is only possible within Germany, Czechia and Austria. Employees of Sea to Summit GmbH and of EVOC Sports GmbH are excluded from participating in the giveaway. Only persons who have reached the age of 18 and are registered on Instagram are eligible to participate. Each user can only participate for themselves (participation for others is excluded).

Anyone who likes the giveaway post (EVOC Sports bikepacking giveaway post from @seatosummitde and @evocsports, 13.12.23), enters a comment under the giveaway post and provides their data as described in section 2 will be entered into the giveaway.

2. Giveaway period and procedure

The EVOC Sports Bikepacking Giveaway by Sea to Summit GmbH starts on 13.12.2023 and ends on 27.12.2023 at 23:59 CET.

After the end of the giveaway period, the winner will be randomly selected from all entries that comply with the rules.

The winner will be informed about the giveaway via Instagram direct message shortly after the giveaway. To send the prize, the address will be requested via the direct message function or by e-mail. The winner must respond within 48 hours by providing Sea to Summit with contact details (first and last name, address and email address) for further communication via Instagram private message. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data. Sea to Summit GmbH is entitled to make changes to the prize. Cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible.

If the winner does not respond within this 48 hour period, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, Sea to Summit will choose a new winner from all other participants.

3. Prize and shipment of the prize

The winner will receive:

total worth min. €534.85 (RRP). Cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible.

The prize will be delivered by DHL. The delivery of the prize is only possible within Germany or Austria.

4. Data usage

The data collected from the participant/winner (name and, if applicable, postal address) will not be forwarded to third parties, but will only be used for the giveaway and the winner notification and subsequently deleted. Winners' data (name and postal address) will be passed on to the shipping service provider solely for the purpose of sending the prize. 5. Instagram disclaimer

The Sea to Summit GmbH giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram. The organiser of the competition and recipient of the information provided for participation is not Instagram, but Sea to Summit GmbH, Siegfriedstraße 36, 33615 Bielefeld. By participating in the giveaway, participants accept these terms and conditions.

6. Further legal information

A violation of the conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant makes false statements or comments violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that glorify violence, are offensive, harassing or derogatory or otherwise violate social decency or applicable law. The use of automated programs or comparable measures to manipulate the giveaway will result in exclusion from participation. Sea to Summit GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if manipulation is suspected. Sea to Summit reserves the right to prematurely end the giveaway in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible to guarantee the regular and proper execution of the giveaway for technical reasons (e.g. manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram).

If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be subsequently withdrawn.

The organiser is not obliged to check the content provided by the participants (e.g. texts) for potential infringements of the rights of third parties. However, the organisers are entitled to reject content if, in their reasonable opinion, it is unlawful or contrary to public policy.

Sea to Summit reserves the right to amend the conditions of participation at any time. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining components of these terms and conditions of participation. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Sea to Summit and the participating partners accept no liability for loss of data, in particular in the course of data transmission, or other technical defects. Cash payment of the prizes is not possible. The legal process is excluded.
