We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
For orders with a value below 75€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€.
All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Later orders are usually dispatched the following working day.
Delivery time can take up to three working days Germany-wide and up to four working days for orders outside of Germany, and depends on the shipping service provider.
All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

Each bowl now has a rim so you can hold it securely and a curve between the base and sidewalls that matches Sea to Summit spoons. The Medium Bowl is designed to nest with the collapsible 2L Pouring Pot. Sea to Summit was the pioneer in collapsible tableware - the Frontier series is the next step in this journey.

Our Detour Collection is designed to be nested together for compact, rattle-free storage.
Our Frontier and Passage Collection is designed to nest inside Frontier Cookware for space-saving packability.
Like all materials used in Sea to Summit tableware products, the heat-resistant silicone used in the Frontier and Detour ranges is BPA-free. It is certified to both EU and FDA food grade standards, which signifies very low absorption of external materials. It is also heat resistant to 150ºC and doesn't crack in the cold
All of our cookware and dinnerware is free of BPAs, PFOAs and PTFE. All of the products meet EU food-grade standards.

Frontier Bowls should not be used in a microwave - please see the general FAQ section of our website
Are the collapsible bowls fragile?
No! The base and rim are made of really strong glass-reinforced nylon; the bowls are tested on a rig that extends and collapses each item 5,000 times
Is Frontier tableware dishwasher safe?
Yes - Frontier tableware can be washed in a dishwasher
Is there a lid available for the collapsible Frontier Bowls?
No - there are safety concerns about a press-fit lid on a collapsible bowl
