Shipping & Returns
We use DHL GoGreen (climate-neutral shipping) for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic.
We use GLS for orders to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
For orders with a value below 75€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€.
All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Later orders are usually dispatched the following working day.
Delivery time can take up to three working days Germany-wide and up to four working days for orders outside of Germany, and depends on the shipping service provider.
All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

The 15 denier mesh of the Ultra-Fine Mosquito Head Net keeps its weight down by almost 50% compared to our standard Mosquito Head Nets, and the ultra-fine mesh keeps even the smallest insects at bay including no-see-ums, sand-flies and midges.

Have a stiffener ring?
It doesn’t. The beauty of this head net is how light and compact it is; a stiffener ring would make it much bulkier. Wear it over a hat and it will offer plenty of space between the mesh and your skin.
Protect against no-see-ums?
Yes. The ultra-fine mesh will keep even the smallest insects at bay.
Work with permethrin sprays?
Yes. The polyester mesh, drawcord and barrel lock will not be damaged by being treated with a permethrin spray.
