We use climate-neutral shipping:

  • DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Czech Republic and
  • GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Switzerand and Norway.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost:

  • Germany: For orders with a value below 100€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100€.
  • France, Italy, Austria, Belgium & Netherlands: For orders with a value below 100€ we charge a shipping fee of 9,99€. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 100€.
  • Luxembourg: We charge a shipping fee of 9,99€ for all orders.
  • Czech Republic: We charge a shipping fee of 14,99€ for all orders.
  • Denmark: We charge a shipping fee of 75 DKK for all orders.

How long will a bottle last?

Use a small squeeze (10ml or so) per wash, and a bottle will last 10 days or so.

How much should be used in a washing machine?

Simple question, complex answer. Top loader machines the equivalent of 25 sinks full of water. Laundromat machines may have plenty of soap residue inside, so a reasonable size squeeze (around 1/12 of a botttle) might be sufficient.

Will this also remove stains?

Hand Cleaning Gel makes a great stain remover for oily stains - just dab some on the fabric immediately after the stain occurs.
