Shipping & Returns

We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden and Norway.

All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 

Delivery time can take up to 3 working days Germany-wide, 4 working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, DK, FR, IT, LU, NL & SE and 6 working days for orders to CH & NO and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost within EU / Switzerland:

For orders with a value below 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK/ 100 CHF we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€/ 80 DKK/ 150 SEK/ 6,90 CHF. We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€/ 650 DKK/ 1000 SEK/ 100 CHF.

Shipping cost to Norway:

We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

All orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. However, for the sake of the environment, please make sure to keep returns as low as possible.

Description

The Watercell ST is your streamlined water storage solution for lightweight adventures. Minimalist, strong and pliable, its compact 3D shape and internal baffle design makes it manageable and easy to fill, stow, stack and drain.

It's constructed with RF-welded seams for ultimate strength and reliability, as well as food-grade TPU which is also BPA and PVC-free. Strategically positioned water-resistant grab-handles offer carry and lashing options, while the screw-top standard wide-mouth opening and low-profile fill handle make filling effortless.

Fill lines printed on the rear of the Watercell show the approximate volume. The 63mm thread of the fill-opening is compatible with many water filters / purification systems, and with standard hard-plastic drinking bottle caps.

Frequently Asked questions

Can it be used with the Watercell X shower attachment?

No. If you want the shower attachment, you will need to purchase the Watercell X.

Can it be cleaned with bleach?

We would recommend against using bleach because of the aftertaste. Taste-free peroxide cleaning tablets are available.

Can it hold liquids other than water?

Only if it is cleaned correctly afterwards – see the point on peroxide cleaning tablets above.

Will it leave a residual taste in the drinking water?

The TPU film is specified to have the lowest possible residual taste. No soft-sided water container (regardless of brand) is completely taste neutral – except the Mylar bladder of the Pack Tap.
