Sea to Summit Alpha Pans utilize a PTFE non-stick finish. Like all PTFE finishes manufactured since 2013, this material is PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid)-free.

PTFE finishes last longer than ceramic coatings, especially in lighter-weight camping cookware.

Alpha pans are perfect for backcountry staples like eggs and pancakes.
